We offering to stay in traditional Kutchi Bhungas. These bhunga are traditionally decorated with mud-mirror art work, provides rural feel and are comfortable to stay. Our Bhungas are meticulously constructed in the traditional way. All the mud cottage are traditionally crafted with interior mud work and decorated with traditional cloth patch works and local paintings on wall, beautifully decorated with regional handicrafts and feature en suite bathroom facilities.

After 9:00 PM, entry to the resort will not be allowed. In case of unavoidable circumstances, it will be guest's responsibility to notify resort management immediately.
Group arrivals can be handled most efficiently at the Front Desk. It is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in.

Only 1 child below 7 years stays complimentary with the parents without any charges. More than 1 child below 7 years will be counted as extra occupancy. Children above 7 years will be counted as an extra person.
AC Bhunga / Cottage occupies one double bed and sleeps a maximum of 2 + 1 extra bed.
50% of the total amount if canceled before 30 days of scheduled arrival. Less than 30 days or no-shows – NO Refund. After check-in to the resort, if any cancellation for the same day or next day, guests have to pay the full amount as per the current tariff. No refund will be provided on booking of extra beds if canceled individually. Changes in dates, guest name, or category of Bhunga would be treated as cancellation.
Gujarat is a 'dry state' by law when it comes to alcoholic drinks. It is illegal to carry, purchase, or consume alcohol in the entire Gujarat state. Alcoholic drinks are strictly not allowed within the resort premises. Rann Kandhi Home Resort reserves the right to not allow any guest/s whom we find drunk. The resort is not responsible if any guest is caught in a drunken condition by the local police. The resort reserves the right to not allow any guest/s in resort culture activities such as dance, drums, and any party event.
Campfire arrangement is available but is strictly not allowed inside Bhungas. Every guest is required to carry their photo ID with them. Smoking is not allowed inside any Bhungas. Camel Cart Safari and Cultural Program are subject to availability. We reserve the right to offer alternate/similar accommodation in an overbooking situation or non-availability of rooms. The resort reserves the right to deny/refuse admission/services to anyone without reasons. Extra charges apply for additional services. Warm water is provided in front of the tent between 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Self-service. Extra bed provision requires manager permission before or after dinner. The resort aims to showcase the culture and customs of the Banni area. Bhungas/Cottages and Tents are built traditionally to provide a glimpse of local lifestyle with comfort. Do not compare this stay with star-rated hotels or resorts.
